Simple & Effective
There is absolutely no configuration necessary. The moment you activate this add-on it automatically begins tracking your customers’ browsing history as part of their completed purchases. You can view this history by navigating to the order details page, available in Downloads > Payment History. Additionally, you can also search your Payment History for pages that appear in customer browsing history.

Features

View customer browsing history: See every page* the customer visited, in order, prior to completing a specific transaction.
Referrer Information: Know which site referred your customer prior to making a purchase. If they searched for your site, and the search engine did not obfuscate their query (we’re looking at you, Google), you’ll be able to see the exact search phrase used as well.
New in 1.5 – Time Spent & Time Elapsed: See how much time the visitor spent on each page prior to continuing in their purchase, as well as total time elapsed from start-to-finish.
New in 1.5 – Actual Lifetime Customer Value: See all transactions completed by the same user, as well as their total spend across all completed, non-refunded, non-cancelled orders.
New in 1.5 – Search by browsing history: See how many transactions included a particular page or referrer in the customer browsing history.
New in 1.5 – Admin email notifications: This add-on includes two new email tags for use in your sale notification emails, {browsing_history} and {purchase_history}, making the data easily available to you no matter where you are!

A note about privacy:
This plugin uses a single cookie to keep track of the pages a visitor views on your site. The only data this add-on can access and store are the URLs of pages the customer browsed within your site along with a timestamp. No personal nor identifying data is ever gathered by this plugin in any way. In other words, neither you nor your customers have any reason to worry about privacy.
