How to cancel download subscriptions

You can cancel your active subscriptions by following these steps.

  1. In My account -> My Orders, click “View” on subscription you want to cancel.
  2. In subscription page, click “Cancel”:
  3. Confirm the cancellation:

You can check your subscription status in your Paypal account dashboard (if you have signed up for one).

I have reported this problem before using this dummy account and now you have change your system and it seems this the only way to contact you. I cannot login to my paid account as it will not load and I cannot create a ticket on this account without paying. Give me access to my account and cancel the subscription payments going forward. Or, if you cannot give me access to my account: cancel my subscription and refund me for December.

So, I login today and I can't find the "My Favorites" section. I go to send a message from the contact form and it says I need to sign up for a subscription first. I just renewed for a full year on July 1st. Why do I not have access to "My Favorites"? It appears that I can still download, but I need access to see my favorited items.
