What is the point of adding "support" to paid memberships if there is not response to support tickets? Every support ticket I have opened since January shows the status of "pending". None of them are evey answered or completed. It is infuriating. There are other websites that offer these same services for less $$. I have been a paying customer of yours for probably around 2 years now, but I think it is time for me to consider other options.
