Membership was renewed and charged but says expired in 1970?

Hi,
My membership renewed via paypal. Got the receipt and everything. Go to download an update and it says account is expired. I go to the account. It shows the transaction from today, that it was charged and then says it was cancelled and changed to expired even though it’s a 6 month subscription and the payment went through. The date of expiration shows the year 1970.
Not sure if there is a glitch in the system. But I don’t want a refund just for the subscription to remain active, not be canceled, and for my account to be shown as active again.

Also just checked and paypal's subscription shows as still active with the next payment coming out Jun 8 2024. So the subscription wasn't canceled there. Definitely a glitch of some kind on the site when the payment went through not correctly updating my account. Love the site and have never had any issues with membership before, just hoping that this will be solved quickly so I can update my site.

At this point I'd just like you to process my refund. I get not being on top of some of the plugin support given the type of site. But leaving things around payment not getting handled is pretty iffy to say the least. Sorry to have to go elsewhere. I did hit the refund request button for the order since you did charge me and I have not gotten my access back still. And didn't even have a day of it since you canceled it before the payment went through. I'd highly appreciate you just process the refund. Thank you.

I used the coupon and it took me to paypal I went through that, it said successful and redirected. But the account says pending payment....It's already gone through paypal and it created a subscription there. I don't want to go through again and have two created. I'm guessing the amount being $0 might be throwing off the system.

I canceled the pending transaction, because it never went through and removed the paypal payment method and subscription.
I really wanted to keep supporting you but whatever you have going on with the customer service needs to be fixed. The coupon was a nice offer but might want to make sure they work next time before sending to a customer that already had massive issues with service.
