This extension will allow you to create that bridge, it can sync all contacts and contact lists from your SalesForce account into your installation of WP-ERP CRM and vice versa.

With this add-on you can

Sync SalesForce lists to → CRM contact groups.
Sync CRM contact lists to → SalesForce lists.
Select destination or source contact list and contact groups.

You do not need any API key, it works without any configuration with OAuth method.
