Hi, I have sent a couple requests using the new system as well as two to email (which was insrtucted to use request system) but have not got an acknowledgement that the requests have went through and they are not showing up on my request tab (only my public requests). Sorry to have to post here publicly but having an issue with credits and my subscription.
Please let me know the status.
