You took payment on the 7th May but my account will not download anything. This keeps happening.
Wed 7th May: Your GPL Coffee order is now complete
Wed 7th May: Subscription payment received
Wed 7th May: Membership Pro Pack – 1 month is expired.
I get this every month. Its only when I download the updates I realise that there is an issue.
Can this be rectified please.
Still having issues. "I don't have a valid membership" when trying to download.
