I can’t download

I paid for the subscription and on the panel it appears as active but I can’t download the items, there is no download button and in the favorites it appears as if I don’t have an active subscription. And there is no support email on the website. Can anyone help?

Bit confused, I upgraded to Geek plan to access an exclusive item. I can't download it.
I've just read your pricing page again, it's pretty confusing. If you're saying I need to pay for 6 months to access this 1 file, it's a bit out of order and not obvious.

Sorry for the late response. Lite pack is restricted to "lite items". If you need more items, you should consider upgrading to Pro or Geek or lifetime pack.

But from what I see, the item you're trying to download is "Exclusive Item" which needs 6-12 month or lifetime geek pack.
