Form adds a plug and play form to your Connections powered directory which allows your visitors to submit their details to be listed in your directory. All submissions go into an easy to use moderation queue and you’re notified by email of each submission so you’re never left wondering if there are submissions waiting for your approval. Form has been designed to provide seamless integration with the Link extension and support for other extensions, such as Hours, Income Level and Education Level which add their own custom fields.
